EPA Boxing Club has a proud history in East Palo Alto. People from all walks of life have trained at the gym. Some of which include amateur and professional fighters.

This bust was created by Santiago Capistran, a member of the EPA Boxing Club and a self-taught, gifted artist. Santiago has no formal art training. The bust consists of a wooden frame, fiberglass and all purpose putty. He made the bust and all the other art work displayed in the gym because he loves the boxing club.
